Section One : INFORMATION

Before entering Section Two to Four, please ensure you have everything required to complete your team registration. ON-LINE REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE OFF ON 31st March 2011 at 10.00pm.

Check that you have the following to ensure Section Two, Three & Four can be completed:

Name of Club/Team Name (one registration is required per team).
Grade of team.
Club/Team Delegate, including their email and phone number.
Team Umpire, including their email and phone number.
Coach/Manager, including their email and phone number.
At least 7 team members and a maximum of 12 team members, including their full postal address, phone number, DOB.
Team Registration Billing account contact & address where the account is to be sent.

If you are wishing to de-register or register new players to an existing registration

(one that you have already inputted), please use the Update Players Form

If you are wishing to update player or team information to an existing registration, please

forward the confirmation email that you received initially to Kirsten Hayes with the changes

made inserted into the text of the email.
